requirements: (don't know if they exist)
fire area damage
energy area damage
poison area damage
cold area damage
physical area damage.
either 3-4 of them if they exist.

I dont think i have ever looted a weapon with more than one area effect... I could be wrong but i dont think that they do exist...

crafted ones are not possible.
can't find if it's not possible on looted items. don't believe it is though
edit: found it, it's not.

thank you all for your work in searching. didn't know if there was such a thing. ah well. was trying to find a triple threat weapon 3 x high area damage with HL, and HF. if possible. lol

Only one hit area, only one hit spell (fireball, harm, lightning, magicarrow). Hit area and spell can be together. And with 2 or 3 leeches and lower defense/attack, the weapon will worth a lot lot
