Also, selling 36X18 house plot, merged and both foundation sunk (not the basement sink, just the foundation).
2 foundation sinks (100 ED) + house merge (50 ED) = 150 ED. Selling for 75 ED.
Willing to relocate the house plot anywhere you would like, at my cost.

I will not be showing off the house by request; it's literally just a plot, everything has been cleared.
The location is in a guild neighborhood area, and the house will only be sold to someone who has a spot they would like to move the plot to.
