ask around. I paid 10k per unicorn when filled my bod. I also found some on a vendor for 5k each.

Step two:train it in basic survival, use skillball on taming
step three: tame unicorns

Unicorns can be found in the forest just north of the Spiritually shrine/Ilshenar.
