House Sale: Ranch in Ilshenar

This is an official notice of sale of shard land.
I direct your attention to the ranch just south-east of Lakeshire (Mireg). The ranch is located between sacrifice shrine and the entrance to mushroom caves.
Coordinates: 26? 43' N, 0? 33 W, Ilshenar.
Type of sale: auction with the opening bid of 150,000 gold pieces
Own or rent: Own
Lockdowns: 500
Secures: 2000
Takes a house slot: No
Comes together with the NPCs and the always abundant stock of sheep (not golden sheep i'm afraid :p). It is requested that the owner keeps the premise tidy. All of the grass area within the pen is technically a house, you may lock or secure items on it.
The legal increment for the bids is 10%, rounded down to the nearest multiple of a thousand. E.g. 150k -> 165k -> (+16k) 181k -> (+18k) 199k, etc.
If there aren't any higher offers than the last in a duration of 24 hours, the last highest bidder wins the estate.
Off the record, there will be some more such estates for sale in the near future. I plan for a house/mannor within Britain city limits and 1-3 houses on water.
