I'm selling off one custom spawner or vendor, which can be any of the following:

A spawn of any regular animal that is of peaceful nature. (1 per 5-10 minutes, up to 5 animals)
or
A banker for your house
or
A vendor/breeder/animaltrainer for your house

So if you win this bidding you can get one of the above.
Starting bid is 150.000 gp.
The bid ends if there are no other legal increments (10% rounded down to the nearest multiple of a thousand) for a 36 hour period.
