WTB Looted weapon with FC and Fire resistance

WTB a looted weapon with Faster Casting and atleast 14% Fire resistance.
Will pay more if it has any or most of the following:
3x18 resistance (or better)
any SSI bonus
any RPD (not even sure if looted weapons have that property, but I'll ask anyways lol)
any LRC (again not sure if that is on a looted weapon)
any LMC
