With a Fletching skill of around 170, I craft Exceptional 4x40-50 Yumis with some good modifiers. I have a list of clients around the number of 10 whom I constantly sell to, and I'm sure they can vouch for my service. PM Fletcher or Xcrjndi if you're looking for a certain bow you'd like.
