I am thinking about selling my 10 slot merged and sunk house (90x36).
I just can't find the time to play UOEX anymore between flight school/friends/work, and while it took me almost a year to get the area the house is now located in, it's just sitting unused and wasting space.
It is located *IN* the Orc Fort west of Umbra in Magda, you can't miss it.
I will be selling it bare, as in a blank slate.

The problem with that is, it would cost me 4000 ED just to qualify to own it. the +house slots are non-transferrable. Anyone that can afford to do that is welcome to it, but unfortunatly due to that fact, I wouldn't count on getting a huge offer for the house. =(
