Introducing the first house built entirely on water on this shard, up for bids.

You can preview the house by going thru a gray housegate at excelsior halls (east from the teleporter).

The starting bid is 100.000 gold pieces, bids are 10% rounded down to the thousand, the bid timeout is 36 hours.
The house requires an open house slot, however, if you dont have it, it can be bought (for the time you're the owner of this house) for 1.000.000 gold.

It includes some extra decorations, wooden floors and pier pillars, ropes and dock-stuff (that will be added as the buyer likes).

and I would like to point out the auctions for the vendor and the rideable spider that I did not really get involved in. the vendor I did a bit, but backed out. so you can just consider that quote fulfilled.
