Not to be rude, but this ring is virtually worthless. Without a skill cap here everyone will have 100-120 in the skills it gives the bonuses to and the ring will not push above their maximum. The rings on this server worth a lot are 8 dex/8 str and of course those with those stats and other usefull things will be worth even more.
