Looking to buy 4x58 or 5x38

I've been looking for a New weapon to work on
Cant be crafted, or have an AoE
But I'd like the stats on the 4x58 to be
Manna leech
Lower attack
Lower defence
Any hit spell
And for the 5x38 I'd like the stats as.
Any hit spell
Lower defence
Lower attack
Manna leech
Stam leech
If you happen to come across any weapon like this
