Selling my sweet looted warhammer!

Gonna sell my warehammer, stats are:
it was looked "two handed axe" wep change into war hammer (200ed)
has spell channel deed (100ed) and sr5 deed (50ed)
It is lvl 71 and stats are:

blessed
dex 8
hit life leech 60%
hit lightning 60%
hit mana leech 60%
hit stam leech 50% sr5
str 8
spell channeling
116 points remaning plus the other 29 levels:)
add a hit area or another direct hit.. maybe multi areas..
way to easy to lvl it to 100 quickly.. i just dont have the time anymore.
Will take 400ed.. PM SLiMX in game... thnx for looking
