Stats are:
58% Stamina Leech
58% Hit Phyiscal Area
58% Hit Lower Attack

Can be 5x58.. add 2 hit spells of your choice:)
IMO Mana leech not needed on this weapon.

Most 3x58% are around 4 mill to buy then 200ed to change to war hammer.

Due to recent and current mind sets i have been trying not to respond. the stats are non optimal and this is the reason you wont get such hefty offers. according to many resources physical area isnt good compared to other hit areas. the amount of physical resist on everything makes it ehhh. im not a expert but nor am i a novice to weaponry. best wishes to you.
