Like we've sold nice GM-placed houses before, we're keeping the tradition alive.
This time it's up to the players to decide what kind of house they would like to be buying, so if you have a wish, please send it to me by PM.

What I currently have in mind is a house:
- on an island
- in the middle of the sea
- on a mountain
- in ilshenar
But more ideas are welcome, and we'll auction off the most popular one.

We've decided to sell a house, that will be placed in the middle of the sea (where the buyer wants to), can also be on a shore. Can be any house that's in the houseplacementtool menu (pre-built or customizable, up to 18x18). Comes with an optional dock. It doesn't count toward your house limit - you can have 2 regular houses plus this extra one, without having to pay extra.

The starting bid is 100K gold. Please keep decent (minimum of 5%) increments.
A bidder wins the sale if there are no decent bids for 48 hours. All bids must be submitted in this thread.
