Custom House sale January 2008

Never before type of house sold, this one stands on a mountain! You can see how it looks by going thru the blue gate at the town center.
The house doesn't take up any house slots! Which means you can have two of your own houses, plus this one.
Once you buy it, we can move it for you if you would like, to any mountain top in Trammel, Malas or Tokuno, as long as it doesnt collide with anything else. If you would like it in tokuno, sorry it can't be in a volcano.
The owner of the house may get it's existing house(s) joined to the mountain house for a fee of 50k tokens.
Starting bid is 100K gold. Minimum increments of 5% (but you can round it up to a number with a few zeroes). Should there be no legal increment in 48 hours, the house will be sold to the highest bidder.
