Portal Issue

I've not been able to use portal once in the three years i've been here. logging in, it shows this for chat/messages tab
exex is not available (not sure if thats meant to be something serverwide though)
the forum works fine as well

I've never been able to select a primary character though. as soon as i do, and hit save changes, it logs me out of portal. this has been tested on my laptop/phone/desktop, and even a public computer at a library. i dont know if anyone else has had this issue.

i have the same issue you do with the portal i thought it was just me
