we havnt been forgotten , i assure you, but the only two people that can do something are "unreachable" atm +tyrik is feverously doing what he can , as i said before colibri usually checks on things in about another 2.5-3 hours from now

OFFICIAL INFO:

The ISP is having large scale network troubles. As i called their support line, all i got is a nice recording of a lady, saying that theres been a heavy network problem and they're working to resolve it.

Unfortunately i cannot know how much longer this will last. During this time i will do a server restart and also revert to the save right after the crash, so that i can shrink and return all of the pets, I might even have time to make something that will retrieve the items on player's corpses.

Until the shard is back online all we can do is communicate through here.
I'm hoping this will get resolved as soon as possible.

Well im guessing that they mean the isp for the shard. not any other computer anywhere else any of the admins may be. just because the serversfor excelsior are down does not mean they could be on another connection somewhere lse is my only guess.
