Heartwood Fletcher Vendor Stone Broken

Yesterday I bought 2500 lightning arrows from the heartwood vendor mushroom for 500 elven notes. It took the 500 notes but I did not receive the arrows. Just a heads up. We paged about this immediately and have yet received no response.

is it possible the arrows dropped? Sometimes this happens if you become over weight.

No there were no arrows on the ground either. Nothing in my bank and I relogged too because somet8imes you cannot see them in your pack when you buy them unless you do. It's kind of weird, this is the first time anything like this has ever happened.
