FIXED: Can't craft engraver.

When i have all resources and try to craft it, i get the message u don;t have enough blank scrolls to craft :/

Thers still 2 Tinkering skills required to craft it, but i can craft it

changed second tinkering skill to inscription, will be applied on next big patch
