FIXED: Skill Essence Bug?

I am currently at 90.8 tactics and 95.8 wrestling (caps are both 100) and I wanted to use up all the skill essences I have been accumulating. I drank 1 of each and they worked fine (.1 increase) but every subsequent one I drank didn't raise those skills at all. Is anyone else experiencing this?

There are bugs with them at some values, I'm not aware of any of them below 100. I know there are a bugs around 101, 105, and 128.2

I have noticed that every now and then (at differnt skill lvls) that after using the first essence and gaining .1 skill any after would not get any skill but the essence was used... dunno whats going on with em i just chalked em up as duds.

Sort of fixed in server version 34G
