Corkscrew

Problem:
Ever make potions and wish you could just pour them out on the ground because you only want the bottle?
Solution:
Use a corkscrew!
You can double click this and target either a bottle, or a bag. If you target the bottle it will empty the bottle out and give you a bottle back. If you target a bag it will empty ALL bottles in that bag and give you the bottles back. All you have to do is either add it to a crafting menu (Tinker??) or add it to a vendor (Tinker or Proviosner??).
Future Possibilities:
Add something similar to "untap" a keg and empty it out.
There could be a gump when you either target a container or a keg that will ask you to confirm your decision. You can never be to careful...
I'd like to hear what others have to say about this idea too, please. And, if you would like to see the "Future Possibilities" added, let me know and I can try to script them.
