ok so i have been trying to install steam on my new win 10 laptop and i have this " cannot open 'fonts.mul' error can any one help me or point me in the right direction ??? pm Mr.J or respond to this

I think you need to configure client options and Ultima Online folder in uosteam to point to Excelsior client.exe/folder.

i did that already and it starts up but gives me that error after i hit play

you are runnin steam and uo excelsior in admin mode?? do this by right clicking icon then properties then on compatibility tab towards bottom click on change for all users then check admin mode ... also sometimes u need to run in win xp sp3 compatibility also... if this doesnt do it u made need to reinstall microsoft visual c++ which u can find here ..http://uoredemption.com/join/uosteam/ you dont have to join anything this page just has links to steam and c++ download keep us posted on how it turns out so as perhaps we can help the next person a lil better also as an afterthought is this a upgraded win 10 machine from win 7 or 8 or clean install?? if upgraded u may need to reinstall uo so it does some hidden stuff in registry.. when i upgraded my first puter from win 7 to win 10 i was havin probs also and took a uo reinstall to fix it but been awhile so cant rem exactly what all errors i was getting ...

It's easy. Uosteam.com It's even the version I use which seems to work fine under win 7 and 10.

OK so after uninstalling both steam and uo and re-download them both I finally got it to start up but is now stuck on verifying account

You probably need to setup shard Address: shard.uoex.net, port 60 in uosteam.

I got it all figured out and was a pain but well worth it
