finding item id

Just starting to learn how to work with EUO. Not really writing full scripts, more just editing ones I have downloaded to make them work for me.
Under Last action -->#LSPELL the number given seems to be on higher than what should be for the spell I want to cast. IE EUO says "reveal is #LSPELL 48 when in the script I have to put 47 to actually cast reveal.
So I am thinking the are numbered in the spell book, so is the spell "Clumsy" number 1 or 0.
Also is there a list of ID's that is available. Looked on EUOX forums and found some links but they are all dead.
I would be thankful for any help I could get.
