[Excel] Weapon Planner

I put together a weapon planner in excel. I am aware of the java application but I had some trouble with it.

To use it:
select which type of weapon it is using the combo box
Under Base Weapon: enter the values of the base weapon (the property values the weapon started with)
Under Additions: enter the values to the properties you wish to add to the weapon

There are a couple of issues that I do not know how to fix (without using VBA) but I believe the worksheet is still very usable although it needs some user commonsense.

The issues I see are:
1) At times it shows that you have -1 points available - due to a rounding issue I think
2) It will allow you to have a weapon level of over 100.

Please feel free to make suggestions on how I can make this better.

Open Office Spread Sheet will open Excel files if you want a freeware Office program similar to Microsoft Office.

Hey guys please let me know what you think, especially if you have any suggestions. My intent to post it here is to get the geeks, like myself, opinion on it then then published a revised version on a more public area of the forum.
