The first event hosted by Homicidle Maniacs is a jousting match, conducted as a best two out of three. You will be provided with a lance and shield and paired with an opponent. Advancing to the next round depends on winning this match.

The second event is host by NEX that is a gladiator tournament. Participants will be matched with opponents based on their stats, and there will be three brackets: Beginner, Intermediate, and Maxed Characters. Each participant will select a runic weapon, with both opponents using the same type of weapon. You will also choose a piece of runic armor. The winner of the match will claim the opponent's armor & weapon.

These events will be held over the entire weekend please post your stats and skills so you can be matched with an opponent. Also your avaliable time frames.

So i just want to say im really dissapointed in all you guilds and people, i have always supported you and your events or just plain supported you, you left me hanging this morning , i dont care if you like or not, cause bottom line is no guilds have put in the money that we are doing and you failed us, plane and simple , no sign ups giving you until Sunday, i lost faith in this shard and bye the way im almost hitting 15 years here, so super bummed , i want to say thank you , love all of you but i feel some big suck right now for you all

Sorry to hear you are disappointed

I honestly think the biggest problem was the timeslot. It’s not a holiday in my country, and for the US I think many people have plans on this day. Also, it was fairly early in the morning from 10 AM to 7 AM depending on where you are in North America.

I was at work, I would’ve loved to join your event.

I give no hate or disrespect for the event you guys placed up.

However, the majority of players on Excelsior do not like PvP. That is why many (if not most) people are here. I can say this much for your disappointment though.. All severs will not be perfect for the individual tastes of many who frequent the many versions of UO. This event would do much better on a server were PvP is a regular part of the game play, however.

Try an event that doesn't involve direct PvP conflict, and you will get more people to come.

I felt a little of the same way but let's just match people for the remainder of the weekend and I definitely get the plans thing I didn't have any my self until the wife through some on me lol.
