LF A Guild that will accept my on and off-ness

Hello everyone! You may have seen me around on the server asking questions or asking for a rez because I stupidly died in fel or something and become frantic hehe.

I am looking for a guild that will not kick me for being inactive! I am sometimes gone for days, to weeks, to months at a time due to a few reasons listed below:
- I play other games!
- I work two jobs, currently searching for a third.
- I have tons of art clients waiting for art (I'm a baller artist).

I really, truly enjoy guild life! Talking to people, getting to know people, and getting help when I need it as well as helping other people where I can. But due to my spotty activity I have been kicked from two awesome guilds so far and it sucks (but I understand).

I can assure you if I do disappear I always come back! UO always has a place in my heart. Currently I am only going to be on a few days a week and possibly daily but only for a few minutes because I do have a big to-do list for my art right now.
