I have seen and used these on a few shards and I really enjoyed them.
These differ from the hitching posts and do not shrink your pet What you do is take to your home, Lock it down , and then you may double click any animal you own. After the pet has been selected their health bar turns yellow (so a passerby can't kill them) and they roam a certain amount of tiles. Basically what I did was build stables at my house and then put my prized pets in there to show them off.
You may only have one pet per hitching post.
If there is a concern with somebody having 50 of these pets roaming their house then perhaps you could put a limit on them such as 2 per home or such.

that would be a sweet idea... i wouldnt mind showing off my pets n all haha... that would need some thinking and by thinking a good script, cuz lets say if i displayed my bio right, and if im in the heat of battle and all the sudden i need that bio, i would use my pet summoning, so would it still be yellow? hmm... itll just take some thinking over haha, but not a bad one tho!
