What would you like to see in dev for 08?

Hey all,

few things i would personally like to see in development:

1) new rare tameables and 1 or 2 new rare ridables (charger would be nice)

2) some new monsters and dungeons (unique to the shard and creative would be cool)

3) A bod system reward structure that is completly different than any other shard (ive many many ideas for this just pm me if you ever start this for ideas)

4) a new armor/weapon type exclusive to our shard (nothing complicated just a new look .. dragon scale armor type thing where its not a long list of craftables, just a different look if you get my meaning) and just a few weapons 2-3 range that are a creative look exclusive to the shard

5) a new player welcome book that is ISP related, along with a generic welcome to a new ISP so im not seeing a new name thats a vet player making a new toon for bod runner or something. Player welcome book being a Large Colorful book explaining to them some of the unique and interesting things of our shard (ED, Fel champs, Felpars, bod system etc etc etc) I know alot of that info can be found within the website, too bad 95% of the new people leave before they read that, maybe a book will help that

6) New Deco for housing (this essentially can be hit up within the bod reward structure)

these are just a few of the things i would like to see in dev.

Something I would like to see, is a list of "hot spots". Places that may be a little out to the way. Things that some people may not know where they are. Things like the Minoc earth elementals, the Dreadhorn spawn area and things like this. Spawns and quests that are custom to this shard could use more advertisement. I realize part of the fun is finding things new, but with 5 maps to search, and limited recalls in some of them, travel can be difficult to just wonder around.

I'd however like to say that i'll be having lots to study in the next month and a half, therefor i'll only take time for the critical bugs and the everyday administration.

As for the guides, we'll there's the Player guides forum.
Other than that, there's lots and lots of stuff that could be documented, but nobody seems to want to take the job. Also, not everything should be known to everyone.

i would surely like to see more decorations for housing to make the house look more complete. (Sometimes the small little details make alot of difference)

For example, Bento box which can be found in the fan-dancer dojo, Green tea which is found in the Tokuno town etc.
For the yard wand, would love to see cherry blossom trees are also added into it.

More back doors into Felucca. 1 back door and 1 main entrance seems to be too little. Traveling around Felucca is a pain.
