Tradable / shrinkable / storable spawners

I think the immortal spawners some people get for things like seasonal events, e.g. halloween deco contest, should be able to be shrunk/returned to crystal form so you can store them until next year. Seems like a pretty simple concept to me, and would/should also allow them to be tradable.

The spawners will not be allowed to be tradeable as Coli has recently decided that they won't be. However, it might be possible a little later down the line to make it so they can go back to gem form to be stored, though this would mean they would be account bound and unable to be traded or picked up by anyone to whom it was not bound.
