Destash Raffle Suggestions

Having Destash Raffle is great, but i see i often closed.
My suggestion is - having a chests(like the trash chests in the city) for the destash items. Each item give destash points/tokens(specific for the item). Players can buy tickets with those points and participate the destash raffle when it's on. Also there can be other items(or services) which can be bought directly with the destash points. The destash house will stay for the display on the items which can be destashed/bought and the items which can be won in the raffle, also for a vendor to sell the tickets and items, services(if any). This way the items wont pile up for the next auction and additional functionality is provided.
= example for items - armor sets(for example fishing bonus armor set, or animal taming bonus armor set)*; rare pigments(like tokuno pigments but with 1-5 uses or so and different colors of course); all kind of deco items(i can give examples if needed); costumes(like the halloween ones but different types) and much more
= example for services - specific player titles or name colors(like we now see the red name color and title from the medallion of the undead); 'item for auction' deed**; deed for a vendor in specific location(very expensive or/and time limited); deed for destash chest in player house and more

The next raffle will likely start in January, and I'll be trying a new system - where it will stay open and run until the ticket goal is achieved, whether that takes 1 month or 3.
