For your consideration:
Would it be possible when you try to put a thingy into a GoC pouch, rather than it saying:
"You cannot fill a collection pouch so soon after completing another"
change to:
"You cannot fill a collection pouch so soon after completing another. You cannot fill another for <time>.
I know it is 3 days but I always forget which day I've done it last.

I keep a book in the same container in my bank as the collector with the date and time I put the last gem in.

I usually just write it in my journal. You can also keep a note pad for something like that. Those are useful

I keep them all bagged up and only add things to the pouch when I'm ready to complete one.
