New Champ Spawns

A couple new spawns would be cool. Maybe some harder ones in deeper locations in fel.

Or, introduce a champ spawn like the Harrower, but doesn't require the LOaks skull. Get all the other skulls together to spawn a somewhat harder champ with slightly better rewards.
