Power Scroll [PS

Hey,

So much like [exex I think there should be a similar system for power scrolls where all 110 115 120 scrolls are listed

Much like [exex prices will always fluctuate between supply \ demand, would help those people out who have alot of 110\115 sitting there, would increase competition a bit for it as well which is always a win.

I think a levy of 4% should be taken from each sale.. and that 4% go into a lottery (I know we currently have a lottery going, but for every 110 scroll bought the buyer gets 1 entry, 115 2 entries 120 3 entries (and the same for a seller) to a maxium of 20 entries per month.

Can have multiple prizes doesnt have to be a winner takes all.

actually, anything will be tradeable through that new exex by what i remember... having the option to create auctioned items =]
