Excelsior

Basically a completely blank Ultimate quiver (same look and layer as the normal one) but with none of the extra stuff or properties so that people can use it to make relayers using the deeds. Can be put on token/gold stone or something

Yea that's not a bad idea. I mean it's already 500 Excelsior Euros so why make people have to spend 2000 Elven notes just to get the look.
