Can you make it so the bee timer would be at a specific time isntead of 24hrs of server up? Would really help with people like myself who play at a specific time every day and every time the server goes down my bees get messed up and end up having to spend a lot more time on pots and lose production due to them being sickly.

I second that. Not only does the timer change on server restart, but also if you add some beehives you have a split time, ususally requiring the player to do them twice. The time could be anything 0:00 Shard Time, noon, half past ten or whatever. Only problem i can see is a slowdown, when the system calculates all the bees at the same time, but not sure how bad would it be. Maybe if the timer was at a time with less ppl around (6-10AM, ST) it wouldn't be noticable.

Another idea would be to have a feature that would allow you to synch all the hives in a given house to the same time. Even better if you could specify which time that would be. This would require less coding and have less system impact than having all the hives globally roll over at the same time.
