Clothing Change Deed

I would like to see a Clothing Change Deed similar to the Weapon Change Deed. It seems a little steep to have a tunic (Legacy of the Archmage for expample) turned into leggings for 500 ED (relayer price), but I can get a mace turned into a bow for only 200 ED (WCD price). If you try to picture an Excelsiorian master crafter trying to do these tasks, you would think that a tailor could easily take material from a tunic and make leggings out of it, but a Tinker or Fletcher would be hard pressed to convert that mace into a nice flexible bow. Yet the prices would tell you differently.

How about creating a Clothing Change Deed and charge lets say 100 to 150 ED for it?

Turning a tunic into leggings constitutes as a relayer. You are turning the chest layer into pants layer. It is not the same as turning the chest to look like platemail, instead of leather (a service that runs you 100 ED)

Just to give you an idea: SoTs are clothing. What you are asking for means we would be able to relayer an SoT for 150 ED instead of 500 ED because we cannot level it, or because "the materials are interchangeable".
