Rentable Auction House

I was at an auction the other night and while watching, I had an idea. I know that there is an auction house in Town Center but it is for admin-run auctions. But what about taking another static building to make into a rentable auction house? Set it up with non-movable seating but allow secure containers and lockdowns.
I've scoped out buildings and I think the counselor hall in Nujelem would work nicely for an auction house. I couldn't begin to think up a price for rent but what about rolling in advertising (say 2 days' worth) per week of rental (that way people have a week to set it up for auction)?
Maybe a static teleport could also be placed there (under the custom menu) for people to be able to find it easy.
