Orc Drove Champion Spawn discussion

The champion spawn is located in Felucca, north-east of Vesper. If you exit Vesper through the northern bridge, go straight east.
There's a few new mobs that are part of the champion spawn (orcling, auroch, orc scout).
The champion has new fight mechanics - the Orc Toss - he will throw you to the ground and it will take a while for you to get up. Another player can stand nearby and assist you to get up.
Kudos to Praise for the idea and brainstorming, as well as helping to test it.
For a whole week, the champion spawn has a 3-hour restart timer. It will then be set to the regular 6-8 hour timer.
We already found and fixed a few issues after the initial testing, but there's a few more things that can be done to improve it.

Sorry about the Purple Champ! He is actually Red. That was my Enemy of One spell that turned him purple.

Nice to see new content. If you're looking for feedback this is my two cents.
1) The Orc Toss is too frequent. At times 8 of the 10 players fighting Mughragh the boss were flattened.
2) 5 second help timer is too long. 3 would still be an significant delay while not being a major hindrance. At one time 6 of us were in a body pile as those that came to help were flattened themselves.
3) Like Blood/Cove champ there's no real reward for doing this one.
Most champs give decent gold. First orc champ I did UOSteam open corpse/auto loot gold. Got 4300gp from the whole champ spawn. Second I didn't bother. Tier 4 spawn mobs had 60gp on them.
Some champs are great sources of leather. This one does have the bulls at 30 leather and chickens at 50 feathers. But not enough of them spawn during the champ to amount to large numbers.
A special item would make this champ worth while, like the Harrower skull form Oaks, the PS bag from Kronus, or the 135 Pet PS from Doc Apoc. Thinking of the mask of orcish kin, how about a special Orc Armour Set. 1 player getting 1 piece per defeat of the boss would keep it rare. If it was nice armour, like the Dreadnought gear, it would encourage players to do that champ as well as create a new item trade.

Orcs killed at champ spawn (orclings) aren't increasing the orc killing achievement "The cleaner".

The Orc Drove Champ is not meant to be a solo champ. This one is for players to help each other, at the end. The Orc tossing may need some adjusting and maybe a few other things as we see how it goes. So far I've had some good feedback. Some with good suggestions and some just said that they laughed the whole time and had a lot of fun! We'll see where this heads! Feedback is always welcome.

I realize the tossing feature encourages extra players to join. I wonder, since you're already tracking the count of nearby players if you could scale the frequency of tossing based on the number of nearby players. So it would toss more frequently when there is a huge group, but tossing less frequently when there is only a single player.

Another source for pet power scrolls would be very nice.

It looks good source for fertile dirt, for those who grow plants. Btw... visually those mobs who run with raised hands, at first look makes impression that they will blow up upon touching you

, if they could stun you also, it could also prevent someone calling boss and running away . If reason of making him such was, make people to play in group, not solo, than champ are doing this task great. Was about suggesting to drop random rare flowers,(cause of dirt) but those aren't orc things at all, so think if some special drop is needed than pet ps isn't bad thing. Maybe also some ilsenhar and other facet type boulder dropped in some players backpack wouldn't be bad.

Maybe the PS you can only get by deed would be a good idea for this champ to drop. Would certainly make it a desirable champ to do.
Either way, love to see new content! THANK YOU

Love the new content. Love the new mechanics too. Keep it up!
Champ seems fun overall, I did it only once and with a fairly large group so seemed fairly easy. I wouldn't be against throwing in an interesting random reward (like Kronus)... Maybe he randomly drops a PS from the "special" club, or the PS of your choice, as was suggested,

id love to see some champ spawns centred around resources
corpsers / reapers / tree fellow as it gets harder it drops rarer woods
there is no cow level... different types of levels with cows and bulls etc
the lizard champ spawn can be good for barbed and spined leather, but this could have some other types
and an ore elemental spawn wouldnt be to hard either
