2. Get a vendor for only 5000gp per month fee on contract
- 5000gp is also the co-owner service
- 5000gp is also locking down things infront of your vendor.

3. Recieve extra donation rewards when donating
a 20$ or more donation gets you 10$ bonus
a 50$ or more donation gets you 20$ bonus
this applies to 2 donations within this period of time only. If it so happens you donate 3 or more times, you get only 2 bonuses.
