Page, don't PM

Much love to the majority of you all, but I need to share this with you guys...

If you need something, like an answer to a question or a player service, put in a page. I am at the point of recieving direct PMs for relayers and artifact title removals, and I just reply with "put in a page."

Please understand that the system is there for a reason...and that reason isn't to have something to totally ignore and go right to the highest rank person who can provide the service. When you have a problem with your Windows OS, do you call Bill Gates' direct line? And if that was even possible...how long do you think that would be available?

Also, if you PM me and bypass the page system, you risk having no staff see your request. I might be offline and you will be sitting there wondering why I am not dropping by to help you.

Correct way to get our attention:

Click the General Support one for service requests, the Physically Stuck one if you are....stuck..., and Harassment if you are currently being harassed.

When paging, don't do A or B, it's a sure way to just be ignored and your page deleted. C is a decent page, but you risk us comming by when you are afk and then we don't know what you want relayered. However, D is perfect because it gives us what you want done and allows us to do it, even if you are AFK. That way you get what you want and won't have to wait around for us...
