On the 3rd of July 2007, possibly the 5th, I'll be leaving for vacation. Will be coming back probably on the 1st of August, I might stretch till 5th, however I might also come earlyer.

During this time, I will pass my duties as Coordinating Admin to +Aurora.


All donations, sent during this period, will be rewarded a day or two after I get back.
Because of this long period, I'm announcing a special oportunity for donations. Any donation recieved before 1st of July, 23:59:59 shard time, will be rewarded with a bonus:
- For donations up to $19.99 you will recieve an extra 50ED bonus.
- For donations between $20.00 and $49.99 you will recieve an extra 100ED bonus.
- And for donations above $50.00 you will recieve an extra 200ED bonus.


The server will hopefully be stable during this time. I've invested $230 on a new UPS system, which can support the power for about 70 minutes. Which is well beyond the regular 10-minute blackout, which we get here about every 3 years. The risk remains in the software (OS) of the server, if that goes down there's no other way for me to fix it than coming back home. If just RunUO should crash, I will be able to login remotely from a cyber-cafe and restart it. Let's just hope everything will run smoothly.

I can't login, Anyone else having problems?

I feel kinda bad posting this, because I know your on vacation Colibri, but I can't login, it keeps locking up at "Verifying Account". I don't know if anyone else is experiancing this problem, but I've tried everything I can to fix it to no prevale. If someone could shoot some advice my way, it would be much abliged.

You are not the only one, I have not been able to for some time now... Post when You can tho so I know, and I will do the same...

I'm using 5.0.6. It used to work just fine, but recently Excelsior hasn't been working. Other shards come in fine, but not this one. Very frustrating, I was excited about finally buying my 18x18 lol.

Just in case anybody's been checking this thread for updates on the shard being down, stop by the General subforum, the topic titled "So..." Shard is down and probably will be until Colibri gets back to fix it up. More details over there, but hopefully about a week or so to go.

Hopefully see you all in Britannia before long. :)
