Moving to the new shard center

We've started the transition of moving vital functions of the shard from Excelsior Halls to the Shard Center.

Moving vendors
You can reserve a spot you would like to have by paying gold to a staffmember. Reservation prices:
25.Nov.07 - 27.Nov.07 : 30k gold
28.Nov.07 - 30.Nov.07 : 10k gold
After december 1st, you can get any spot that's still free.

The moongates, vendor stones, lottery... will be moved on December 1st.
