If all goes well, our Winter event should be open by the end of the week.

Fel Ice will be finally open after all this time, though temporarily I assume. I didn't think I would see the day. I am worried though; that snowman looks awfully deadful!

In all honesty I'd like to spawn fel ice year round, and just change it back to winter event stuff next Christmas, but we'll see if I get approval

Snowmen were a holiday gift on the OSI shards... can't say which year specifically, but I want to guess around 2002-03 timeframe?

I want to say we've had snowmen here since winter of 2006. Could have been 2007 though.

At this point there is no more I can do, so it's all V now. He is working so hard on getting this event done before we have to leave town that the veins in his forehead are standing out and he is scowling at the monitor. But, progress is being made and I still have high hopes that it will be open in time
