Due to some unexpected delays in game and RL, and some intriguing twists that are allowing me to customize Elysium in ways I didn't even think possible previously, the new estimated opening for the facet is Spring 2014. I have updated the original post.

I figured I'd also provide the list of Elysium tickets which have been distributed thus far:

#3 - Columbus
#4 - Cygnus
#5 - Relysis
Auctioned Ticket:

There will be another auctioned ticket for group 1 at the next grand auction. I will distribute the rest of the group 1 tickets here and there to help keep myself motivated, and then I'll start on group 2.
