- By buying this item at the auction you get exclusive right to place houses there. The ownership of this land can be transferred to another player for 1 million tokens. You can place houses here, and even trade houses to other player, but if you trade a house to someone else, only that person can demolish or transfer the house (all the standard housing rules apply). And you can do your own house mergers.
- If you will request house placement services (placement, merging, moving in the area, moving into the area or out of the area...) then standard player service fees apply.
- This is an instanced piece of land, the bridges around this island will not be functional. Nobody can wander into this area by foot, but can go in thru housegate or by recalling in. It is possible to mark runes there.
Houses placed by you in this area can overlap, meaning you can place merged houses yourself. But you will still need staff assistance if you want to place over rocks. This free merging is something that will likely be available only in this instance, until we make an upgraded version of the house placement (and something that would allow players to move & join houses without staff help).
If/when there are more of these instances, we plan to make a menu for the owner, to either trade the instance, have a friends list and banlist (like for houses), and even remove houses of other players (where the house design and items inside would get stored somewhere, so nothing would be lost). When that becomes a reality, this housing instance would be upgraded to that standard model.
If you consider bidding on this at the auction, please keep in mind that there will be other such instances for sale in the future, and that this is not a unique thing. I think that when that when houses are upgraded to be movable/mergable without staff assistance, we will probably sell a few of these per year. There might also be an option to rent such land, with an "all inclusive" option meaning that houses in the instance are 0-slot, with free mergers & placement & movement.
