There will be a grand auction on Sunday, December 20th 2020, at 21:00 shard time.
Second part, with decorative items, on Tuesday December 22nd 2020 at 23:00 shard time.

The grand auction has 2 parts. Recently we've had a few auctions where all items were sold twice, once on saturday and once on sunday. This time, only the decorative items will be doubled, the high value items will be sold only once.

We planned the next auction to take place during the week, but weeks keep swishing by, so the 2nd part of the decorative items will be sold on Tuesday at 23:00 shard time.

Items that will be sold only on Sunday:

Ethereal Diablo Statuette (0 slot)
Ethereal Reptalon (0 slot)
No-Resources Deed
Night-sight deed (add nightsight to any armor or weapon)

Deed for extra 20 spending points on a levelable weapon

Notes on houses
Special houses are sold as 0-slot at auctions. For Water and Star houses: If you own more than 1 such house, you can have them merged for 50ed. Of course, star houses together, and water houses together (they can't mix).


Items that will be sold only on Tuesday:
Two castles, sold together, 1 slot each, impounded from a player who had multiple accounts. The castles are located just East of Maral Luna. Look for two castles that are owned by +Colibri. There's a nice view of both castles at 94°44' N, 12°30' W in Maral.
Since these are not special houses, they will not be sold as 0 slot houses. Although they are built after July-2019 and take 2 slots each, to make things more interesting, they will be sold as 1 slot each (the grandfathered mode).
Winner of the auction will receive 2 deeds, to claim each of the houses. The deeds can then be transfered to another players, either together, or separately.

Items are now on display. There's a few minor adjustments I have to do, so the list is not 100% final. I fix the issues and post the list in text format here on the thread (initial post) when I can.
