Now stable

In the past week we've had quite some problems with the server... the things you saw was the character transition, and that 3-hour downtime. There were also very frequent restarts.

We are now back on the "old" server - old meaning that it's the same computer case. Inside it's all brand new... just to brag a little i'll post the specs:

MB: GigaByte GA-8I945GMF-RH
CPU: Intel Celeron D 336 (90 nm, 256 KB L2, 2.80 GHz, 533 MHz)
RAM: 1GB DDR2
Disk: Western digital, WD2500YD - 250gb, 16mb cache, RaidEdition (server-level quality).


The old server was stable too (no problem for a 5 months uptime, 2-3 months connection uptime...) but one thing burnt out and since it's 2 year old technology you can get good components anywhere :/
This new server was also partially funded by player's donations - thank you all for contributing in making this possible.

Let's hope the new server works as good or even better as the old one.
