Stelios just received a message from an unknown source via carrier pigeon. It is currently in front of Britain Bank.

Apparently, there will be a prisoner transfer from Sgail to the Umbris Camp in roughly 3 hours. Since the source cannot be confirmed, we should approach this situation with caution. But, we cannot pass up the opportunity to potentially save Excelsior civilians. This is just part of our duty...
