DST Wierd server behaviour

The strange server behaviour was caused by DST time change. At 2:59:59, the time didnt go to 3:00:00 but to 2:00:00. That's why it was acting strange for a whole hour. Then when clock actually hit 3:00:00, everyone got disconnected. Upon connecting again, after 3AM, it worked fine.

This is something that will be occuring twice a year (has been occuring so far for the last year and a half since the shard is up).

The only difference with the spring DST time change, is that it will switch from 1:59:59 directly to 3:00:00. The server will be under the impression that all the connections have been idle for the past hour (as if that everyone just turned their computers off), and will disconnect all players. But after a quick reconnect, everything will work fine. It will be experienced as a regular network issue for which you just need to reconnect.
