While i was preparing the server for a restart it crashed, and while i have it down i'll try to set up the redundant connection.

Not to worry, all of your pets will be recovered.

It is now back online. The redundant connection i'm afraid isn't working (yet, not sure that this solution i have right now will ever work tho)...

There are a few script updates, nothing big tho, i will post in the devlog soon.

Everybody who was online at the time of the disconnect will get 3ed as a token of apology for the unannounced restart (and for waiting patiently for the server to get back online).

This topic will be deleted after a day.

Yes, the shard seems to be down, so it is not just a single person with a login issue. I hate to say this but it could be a little while if it is something Colibri has to manually fix, as he is away for the day. Let's hope it will auto-fix

On a brighter note, I did not think it is a crash per say.. There was no message indicating "Server has Crashed" so I do not think it is anything to be worried about.

Is everyone getting stuck on Verifying Account?

You, as staff wouldnt happen to have the power to press save and restart the thing ? (or without save, depending on your procedures? )

Oh do I wish I could, but considering the Colibri's location is basically on the other side of the world, I am not able to oblige.. However, take heart it knowing I am just as desperate to get back into the game as you. I have many creations in the works and need to continue working on them today.

This is so typical. I actualy have 2 to 3 hours of quality playtime sorted. No kids or wife to distract me and aaargh the shard *sob*. oh well these things happen. Hope to see you all online soon.
